Monday morning, back to work. First up, I review the video from Claudia’s study, and sure enough I can see where she checks her account at the Scotiabank in the Caymans on Friday night, and that a $150,000 payment has been received today. She seems pleased.

Pig is now online back in Brisbane, and we chat about our respective weekends. I tell him Suzie and I had a really fun time staying at the Four Seasons, and he comments, ‘You know, I can tell when you have seen her, even sometimes just after you’ve talked to her – you light up’!

I tell him Suzie’s PA had said something similar about her.

Unfortunately, Pig’s weekend did not seem to go as well, with George heading off to work on Sunday morning, which seemed to be getting under Pig’s skin.

For a public servant, even a high level one, George certainly puts in the hours, I think. Or something else is going on, I suddenly wonder.

Next, I need to wait until Rowan arrives at his office as he doesn’t seem to do any business from anywhere else, and whilst we have access to his emails, our phone coverage is dependent on the bug in his briefcase. Being the silent type, hopefully he will communicate with Matt Hoskins the ‘phone king’ by email. Sure enough, after arriving at the office a little later than normal, just after 9:00 a.m., I see an email go out to phoneking1 stating he has another instalment to discuss, and suggesting they meet either Tuesday or Wednesday at the ‘usual place’.

Pig, of course, has seen the email as well, and we agree he needs to fly back down to Sydney later today to ensure we can cover their meeting either Tuesday or Wednesday and split up to follow them afterwards if we need to. An email reply pings into Rowan’s inbox a short time later, confirming a 10:00 a.m. meeting Wednesday ‘at the same place’. Bingo!

The bugger is we don’t know where the meeting will be, so we’ll have to follow Rowan to find out. We agree we can’t just depend on the tracker, so Pig will go to Cremorne in case he heads directly from home, whilst I’ll head to Rowan’s office so I can track him from there. Bases covered, we hope.

Now we know the meeting will be Wednesday, Pig decides he’ll come down tomorrow late morning, as we do not need him tomorrow specifically. With nothing much else urgent to be done, I start on the full report to Cameron at Paramount, being very careful to ensure the report is not in any way personal, simply factual, knowing it will cause him considerable angst and embarrassment. But the pictures tell a thousand words. And I am not only meaning the sex photos (we don’t plan on including the photos of Cameron and Christina, as these, in our view, have no connection to the assignment), but also the photos showing the handing over of the pen drive and photos of secret bank accounts, so all of our assertions are supported.
